Season Summary 2007-2008
In only their second season the Tigers consistently good performances and results confounded many people, especially those waiting for the bubble to burst.
The real momentum for success was built up during the period November to February when the lads picked up 27 out of a possible 30 points, often turning deficits into victories with rousing second half performances.
Unfortunately the season was marred during the final run in when certain parties attempted alternative methods to try and derail the Tigers season and make the lads falter, resulting in the departure of the manager and two players. Ultimately, however, sheer determination and guts saw the lads rightfully claim what they deserved; the runners-up spot in the league.
Good tournament performances followed in the summer and the improvement over the season was again evident as the Tigers reached the final of the Nunnery Tournament and the semi-final of the Studley Tournament.
Goalkeeper Adam Westbury's departure to Birmingham City has presented a significant challenge for next season in finding a replacement, however, with the vast majority of the squad intact from last season and the addition of a few new faces we look forward to the new season with relish.

Stats Summary 2006-2007
This was the Tigers first season in which they finished a creditable mid table 7th. The playing stats read:
| P | W | D | L | F | A | GD | Pts |
| 24 | 8 | 5 | 11 | 31 | 27 | 4 | 29 |
The team also reached the semi final of the cup where they were beaten 1 - 0 away from home in a close fought game that could have gone either way by the eventual winners Bewdley Town.
Season Summary 2006-2007
The Tigers played some scintillating football at times especially towards the end of the season. The team played football the right way on the ground passing with good movement and did not rely on the long ball over the top. All players participated throughout the season and they all improved and are more developed than when they started the season.
The team was competitive throughout and the experience gained for the new team from this bodes well for the future and the Tigers will be looking to make an improvement in the league position of 7th.
The lads and I cannot wait for the start of the season so lets hear the Tigers roar.
August 2007
The Tigers were founded in May 2006 after two sets of trials that were open to all children under the age of 9. The team inherited two players from the previous season that had represented the Nunnery Wood Leopards.
The team has trained twice per week throughout the summer and the players have jelled well together. A team spirit has grown and become very strong. The club is based on the ethos of developing players through proactive coaching and giving all players an equal opportunity to display their skills on a match day. This is backed by an excellent set of parents who have dedicated their time to making the club financially stable through numerous fund raising events. These events combined with sponsorship from Dovetails Pine Furniture & Serfis Construction & Engineering have meant we have been able to purchase all new training equipment along with new kit, drill tops, rain jackets etc.
The club has developed and moved forward both on and off the pitch and the last two friendlies before the start of the season have given excellent results against both the Leopards & Worcester Colts. This has given the team confidence it can enter the new season with enthusiasm and be competitive & the players can really express and enjoy themselves.
